Dining On the Green performs environmental assessment and build solutions to help restaurants become more environmentally responsible. Our objective is to be the partner of choice for restaurants, supporting their will to move towards sustainability by identifying areas of improvement and offering sustainable solutions.
We work on a step-by-step approach, focusing on 5 key areas: water management, energy efficiency, waste management, pollution reduction and sustainable food & supply chain. We provide recommendations and support restaurants to help them lower their environmental impacts and adopt sustainable practices for each area of study.
Minimizing environmental impacts is a perfect way to fill two objectives: becoming greener and decreasing costs.
